3. Bookings and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a deposit or full payment (as specified at checkout) has been received, and a confirmation is issued by Azure Solea Picnics.

• You are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, location, guest count, and any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs, at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion, including for reasons related to safety, location suitability, capacity, or failure to comply with these Terms, in which case any payments made will be refunded in accordance with Section 6.

4. Pricing and Payment

• In the event of inclement weather (rain, extreme heat/cold, high winds, storms, or other unsafe conditions), we will make reasonable efforts to contact you in advance to discuss rescheduling or relocating to an approved indoor/covered alternative, if available.

• Azure Solea Picnics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to weather or safety concerns at its sole discretion, even without advance notice if conditions change rapidly.

• We are not responsible for permits, permissions, or restrictions imposed by parks, private venues, or municipalities regarding your chosen location. It is your responsibility to confirm that your selected location permits outside vendors, event setups, or gatherings of your expected size.

7. Guest Conduct and Site Care

• Customers and their guests are expected to treat rented equipment, décor, linens, tableware, and furnishings with care. Additional cleaning or repair/replacement fees may apply for damage, excessive soiling, staining, or loss of items beyond normal wear and tear.

• Azure Solea Picnics reserves the right to end an event early, without refund, if guest conduct poses a safety risk to our staff, equipment, or other members of the public.

• Customers are responsible for compliance with any rules, permits, or regulations of the chosen picnic location, including alcohol policies, noise ordinances, and capacity limits.

8. Food, Beverage, and Allergen Disclaimer

If your Service package includes food or beverage items:

• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed dietary restrictions and allergies but cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment, as items may be prepared in facilities that also process common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, etc.).

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or dietary needs at the time of booking.

• Any alcohol service or provision is subject to applicable state and local laws; where alcohol is customer-provided, customers are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including legal drinking age requirements.

9. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Outdoor events carry inherent risks, including but not limited to weather exposure, uneven or unstable terrain, insects and wildlife, sun exposure, and food-related allergens. By booking our Services, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of yourself and your guests.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Azure Solea Picnics, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from your participation in an event, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azure Solea Picnics's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the applicable booking.
