Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date; your date is not reserved until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event. Failure to pay by this deadline results in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations: * 72+ hours' notice: 50% of the deposit is refunded; any balance already paid is refunded in full. * 24–72 hours' notice: Deposit is fully forfeited; any balance already paid is refunded in full. * Less than 24 hours' notice: All payments (deposit and balance) are non-refundable. Rescheduling: One date change is allowed at no cost if requested at least 72 hours before the event, with the new date falling within 90 days of the original booking, subject to availability. Reschedule requests made less than 72 hours out are treated as a cancellation (see above). Any reschedule beyond the first requires a new deposit. No-Shows If you or your designated event contact cannot be reached or does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the event is treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, and no refund will be issued.
