Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION & PAYMENT TERMS A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date. • The date is not reserved until deposit is received. • The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event. • Failure to submit final payment by the deadline results in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit. • No setup will occur without full payment. Client agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback for any deposit or payment made in accordance with this Agreement. Wrongful chargebacks will result in recovery efforts, including collections, legal fees, and associated costs. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the event will receive a refund equal to 50% of the deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If the full balance has been paid and cancellation occurs within 72 hours, no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling Policy One (1) date change is permitted without loss of deposit if requested at least 72 hours prior. The new date must be within 90 days of the original booking and is subject to availability. Additional reschedules require a new deposit. Changes requested less than 72 hours before the event result in full forfeiture of the deposit. Weather Policy Azure Solea Picnics does not offer refunds due to weather conditions. Clients may: Reschedule (with proper notice), or Move the event to an indoor location (if suitable) The Company is not responsible for discomfort due to heat, wind, cold, insects, or natural outdoor conditions.
